Jing Bian, PhD

Jing received her PhD in biomedical engineering from the Cleveland Clinic and Cleveland State University joint program. After post-doctoral training in the Stem Cell and Regeneration Department at Cleveland Clinic, she worked at the Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Neuroregeneration in China. She joined the Lokey Stem Cell Institute at Stanford to develop hiPSC-based models of neurologic disease and subsequently developed an optimized Cas12a gene editing system in the Bioengineering Department. She joined the Corsello laboratory in 2022 as Research Scientist and Lab Manager. Her research interests include developing functional genomic technologies to discover new targets and mechanisms.
